Jeste Health Services is hiring travel nurses to provide exceptional patient care and support healthcare facilities across the province.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Support patients and families with education and emotional support.
- Adhere to all provincial healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
Required Certifications & Qualifications
- Current and active LPN License in Nova Scotia.
- BLS, CPR and First Aid Certification (current and valid)
- Immunization Record, including TB test and Covid-19 vaccination.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an LPN in a clinical setting.
- Criminal background check and vulnerable sector screening (required prior to employment)
