Reporting to the Director of Operations, as our Communications and Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in driving audience engagement and boosting sales, helping us connect with clients, healthcare professionals, and the communities in meaningful ways.

Duties
- Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels including email, social media, and digital advertising, to promote our services and community involvement.
- Manage content creation for the company website using WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices are followed to improve organic search visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and optimize future marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content development, and performance tracking.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation in marketing approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing or communications role, including familiarity with SEO and email marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in WordPress for website management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
